- How do I get from the airport to the conference venue?
PARKROYAL Parramatta is a 10-minute walk from Parramatta Train Station. Trains run regularly from the Sydney’s Domestic and International Airports, with connections from Central and Redfern Train Stations. A standard trip will take approximately 45 minutes.

The ferry ride takes approximately 45 minutes and you will need to purchase an Opal Card from the terminal or participating outlets.
There are many car rental companies at the airport that you can hire a suitable vehicle from. If hiring a car, we recommend including a GPS to make your trip easier. There are a few different ways to drive into Parramatta however, please note that some of these roads have toll charges. Your trip should be between 28-39 kilometres and take 40-50 minutes, depending on your route.
Each terminal has its own sheltered taxi rank with supervisors on hand during peak times to ensure a smooth flow of taxis for travellers. If you need assistance, kerbside supervisors can also organise taxis with baby capsules, wheelchair access, five-seaters and maxi taxis for larger groups or station wagons for large amounts of baggage. Please note that taxis are not permitted to pick up passengers away from a taxi rank.

Send the request once you’ve exited the terminal, and your driver will meet you at the pick-up area. For Domestic, this is the Priority Pick-up Zone. For International, this is the Express Pick-up zone. Fares vary depending on the selected vehicle option, travel time, and total distance.
